OUR STORY

Born from stubbornness
& great hops

No Toe Brewing Co. didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a cast-iron pot, a dream that wouldn't quit, and a brewer who decided that if the world wanted another bland lager, they'd have to catch them first.

Today, we're a full-scale craft brewery on East Washington Boulevard, pouring IPAs that hit like a revelation, stouts that taste like midnight, and seasonal releases that make regulars plan their weekends around them.

We don't do corporate. We don't do compromise. We brew what we'd actually drink — and we pour it with a smile for anyone who walks through our doors.

Our rotating lineup changes with the seasons, but these are the stalwarts that keep the taps running and the glasses empty.

Stubborn Golden

A West Coast–inspired IPA with a citrus-forward nose and a piney finish that lingers just long enough to make you order another.

Midnight Ankle

Our flagship imperial stout. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a hint of espresso. Brewed for cold nights and warm conversations.

Washington Stream

A crisp, clean pilsner-style lager that flows easy. Hops are subtle, bitterness is polite, and the drinkability is absolutely ruthless.
